We'll ship your purchase - free - to the SETH Jewelery store of your choice. Pick up when it'sconvenient for you, and get advice and answers from our jewelry pros.

• Your purchase will be shipped Fed- Ex per your choice of delivery.
• You'll get an email when your purchase arrives at your chosen location.
• You have 30 days from the day we sent the email to pick up your purchase.
• Only you can pick up your order - we'll ask you to sign for it and you'll need to show a validphoto ID.

SHIP TO YOUR DOOR

You can have your package shipped directly to you.

• If you're shipping to a US street address, we will ship your order via Fed-Ex
• For your security, all orders needs an adult signature.

Return Policy

If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re not happy!

You may return or exchange your purchase at any SETH Jewelery location. No cash refund. Exchange or store credit within 30 days. All returns must be in original condition (unworn and unaltered) and accompanied by the original packaging, warranty documents and instructions.

• Returns or exchanges are NOT allowed on special orders
• Charge credits are issued to the original purchaser on the account to which the item was charged.
• Gift returns with receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card.
• All returns without a receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card at current price, minus any current promotional discount.

Preparing Your Return

To return a shipped item to sethjewelry.com, please follow these steps (they're also on your packing slip).

• Indicate the reason for your return in the Return Reason column on the packing slip next to the item you're returning.
• Include the packing slip and all original documents in the package.
• Put the pre-printed return label on the center of the box, and the pre-printed return address label on the top left corner of the box.
• Your packing slip MUST accompany the return.
• All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we can process a 25% refund.
• We willcredit your original payment method, excluding shipping charges, within 30 days of receiving your return.
